GIVE BACK YOUR MUSCLES THE PROPER TONE
Hey, look I am not a great believer in having a body like Sylvester Stallone. It would be nice, no doubt, if you can go about it in a systematic manner to build your muscles and personality. But it is not possible for most of us. We'd rather flop on the bed and read a book.
But the upkeep of one's health cannot be taken lightly. There is a benefit for all of us who spend some time and effort to see that no major illness strikes us. Especially in these times.
How about going for a walk in the evenings or mornings. There is nothing more pleasant than an invigorating walk. When you exercise the muscles, they become supple and your blood circulation improves. Your veins and arteries tighten and the heart powers the blood to all parts of your body more efficiently. This is secret of looking good and being disease-free.
It is so simple, but most of us don't do it. We forget that the simple things in life are the most enjoyable. To just dream of building an athletic body is not enough. What we need to do is action.
